Holder of a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapies from Paris 8 University, I am a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) and its french branch (AFSCC). I have been practicing mindfulness since 2012 and have fully integrated it into my psychotherapy work. I also apply a strength-based approach, with a focus on character strengths – the backbone of positive psychology – following the guidance of the VIA Institute on Character.
My Approach
My journey into psychotherapy began with personal challenges, including seeing a close family member struggle with depression and schizophrenia, which ended in tragedy. Facing my own difficulties in relationships and work, I discovered mindfulness – a practice that became a turning point, helping me navigate some of the darkest moments of my life.
Inspired by the power of psychological and spiritual growth, I decided to dedicate myself to understanding the mind and supporting others. I transitioned from a career in software development to study psychology, bringing with me skills in logical thinking, problem-solving, and structured, evidence-based approaches. During my master’s training, I received comprehensive education in CBT, humanistic, existential, and systemic approaches, deepening my ability to support individuals with diverse needs.
Over the years, I trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Dr. Steven C. Hayes, joined the AFSCC and ACBS, and completed mindfulness-based programs such as MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBSP (Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice). These experiences shaped both my personal transformation and my psychotherapy practice, allowing me to combine mindfulness, evidence-based therapies, and a strength-focused approach to help others find clarity, balance, and resilience.
